Great music, disappointing view
I spent $210 a ticket knowing we’d be far away, however assuming we’d be able to see Morgan & Eric on the big screen. Very disappointed our seats were available to buy since the big screen wasn’t even visible from the section we were in. Had I known we weren’t going to be able to see them on screen we wouldn’t have purchased tickets. Drove 2 hours, bought a hotel room, plus the concert tickets and couldn’t even see their faces on the big screen. I’m not sure if it was the stadium or the entertainers lack of responsibility to make sure all of their paying fans should be able to see the big screen. Made the best of it, but very disappointing as I’ve never been to a concert where I couldn’t see the artist on the big screen if my seats were far enough away.
Scanning glitch
Bought the tickets through an acquaintance, they transferred to me via ticket master app. Waited in line to get in, when they scanned my app it showed tickets had already been scanned and denied us entry! We had to wait 40 minutes at the box office for them to figure out what to do- I was in contact with the seller who assured me they did not double sell. Finally security escorted us to the seats where of course they were empty. We were so inconvenienced by ticket masters glitch- if they want to do electronic tickets they better find a way to figure it out so it is more reliable. Big fail
